Options
 
MS Exchange Mailbox Level backup
  Allows for recovery of individual exchange accounts. Unfortunately individual exchange accounts do become corrupt and traditionally you would roll back every exchange user (sometimes hundreds) to the last backup (usually at least 1 day old). A better option is to backup the accounts on a per user basis and avoid the hassles of requiring all of your users to lose everything since the last backup.

Seed Load Option

  Send us your first backup to avoid uploading your entire backup set which could take hours or days. Our software allows you to save the backup to a local source such as a portable hard drive, cd-rom, DVD, thumb drive, etc. Then send it to us and we will manually load it on the server and mail back your media device for free. Need a portable hard drive? We will provide one for free!††
Overnight Restore

  If (or should we say 'When') the need arises and you need your files back, you can always restore your files directly from the client software, or even download them from our web interface. However, if this is not feasible due to a slow internet connection or very large amount of data, we will move your files onto a CD, DVD or even a portable hard drive and overnight via UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex them to you. We provide this service to our Business and Corporate users free of charge ($150 value)†††
 

 

†† Seed load hard drive is provided free for paid accounts. A small deposit or credit card guarantee may be required but will be refunded upon return of the device.
